We invite submissions on, but not limited to, the following topics:

Knowledge Graph Construction

• Ontology learning from text
• Neural network architectures for knowledge graph construction from text
• Explainable AI for knowledge graph construction from text
• Use of LLM agents, tools, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Graph RAG approaches combining graph-based methods with RAG

Responsible AI

• Knowledge Graphs for Bias Mitigation
• Interpretability and Explainability in Knowledge Graph-driven assessment
• Responsible AI frameworks for knowledge graph systems

Submission Format

• Paper Length: Research papers (up to 12 pages), Short papers (up to 6 pages)
• Format: PDF only
• Language: English
• Template: Authors must use the CEURART single-column style by CEUR-WS.

• License: All papers must include a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) license footnote on the first page.

Proceedings

Proceedings shall be submitted to CEUR-WS.org for online publication as part of joint workshop proceedings co-located with ISWC 2026.
