Submission Guidelines
Research Topics
We invite submissions on, but not limited to, the following topics:
Natural Language Understanding
- Entity extraction and resolution
- Text entity relationship extraction and linking
Knowledge Graph Construction
- Ontology learning from text
- Neural network architectures for knowledge graph construction from text
- Explainable AI for knowledge graph construction from text
- Use of LLM agents, tools, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Graph RAG approaches combining graph-based methods with RAG
Responsible AI
- Knowledge Graphs for Bias Mitigation
- Interpretability and Explainability in Knowledge Graph-driven assessment
- Responsible AI frameworks for knowledge graph systems
Submission Format
- Paper Length: Research papers (up to 12 pages), Short papers (up to 6 pages)
- Format: PDF only
- Language: English
- Template: Authors must use the CEURART single-column style by CEUR-WS.
- License: All papers must include a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) license footnote on the first page.
- Generative AI: Papers must include a Declaration on Generative AI as required by CEURART.
Proceedings
Proceedings shall be submitted to CEUR-WS.org for online publication as part of joint workshop proceedings co-located with ISWC 2026.

Please ensure your paper is properly anonymized and follows the submission guidelines before uploading.
Review Process
Papers will be reviewed by at least 2 members of the program committee. The review process will follow standard double-blind peer review principles.
Acceptance decisions are based on:
- Technical soundness and novelty
- Relevance to workshop topics
- Clarity of presentation
- Significance of contributions
